Southern Services Driveways

Private homeowners seeking a new or resurfaced driveway form the typical customer base, and the work described centres on resurfacing, drop kerb installation and dropped kerb replacement. The finish is a point that comes up often: a number of customers describe the completed surface as looking brand new and, in one case, better than anticipated, with the standard of workmanship drawing particular praise. Reliability and punctuality are mentioned repeatedly, with jobs finished on the promised date and teams arriving when they said they would.

Communication features strongly, both before and during the work, and Ben is named as the figure who kept customers informed throughout, while the crew is described as courteous and respectful towards neighbours, including over noise and early starts. Tidiness recurs too, with sites left clean and clear once the surfacing and kerb work was complete. Customers also characterise the pricing as fair value for the result achieved. The range of jobs covers driveway surfacing and dropped kerbs, and the drainage and civil engineering background supports that access work. Drop kerb replacement, carried out alongside the resurfacing, is the job that customers most often single out for mention.
