In Kilburn and the surrounding districts, JD Landscapes has built a body of work that customers describe in consistently positive terms. The company handles resin driveways and patios, block paving and concrete bases, and several accounts detail the removal of old concrete paths before new surfaces were laid. Reviewers repeatedly mention the quality of the finish, with resin work singled out for its smooth appearance and the care taken to protect tree roots during a churchyard project. Punctuality and reliability come up often: teams are said to arrive when promised, work within the agreed timescale and budget, and leave the site neat and tidy.

Patrick and James are named by several customers, who describe them as professional, honest and dedicated to detail, supported by polite and well-mannered colleagues. Communication before and during the job is praised, as is the advice given on sealing a patio against rising damp. Competitive pricing is noted alongside the standard of work, and one customer reports that a resin driveway installed three years ago has needed no attention since. Patios, driveways and garden bases feature prominently in the feedback.
