Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Miley gave me a 10-year guarantee and made a lot of promises before taking the payment, which is the main reason I decided to go ahead with the work. Unfortunately, only a few weeks later, problems started showing up and the quality was nowhere near what was promised. The worst part is that once the job was done and issues came up, Miley completely stopped responding. I tried calling several times, sent messages, and followed up repeatedly, but he would not pick up the phone or return any calls. It is extremely frustrating to be promised a long-term guarantee and then be ignored the moment support is actually needed. A guarantee means nothing if the person disappears as soon as there is a problem. This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. Poor communication, no accountability, and zero after-service support. I would strongly recommend avoiding this and hiring someone local, even if it costs more. At least you will have someone reliable who can be reached if anything goes wrong. Paying a little extra for proper service and accountability is far better than dealing with this kind of frustration later.

Very happy with the patio done by Abbots Paving and Building. The team were professional, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The workmanship is excellent and the new patio has completely transformed the garden. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality paving work.

I have used these guys for four substantial pieces works over the last two years (one a full redo of our entire roof). Glad to say that Myles and his team have been great. Quick and honest communication, great workmanship and the site has always been left clean and tidy.
