Driveways Brighton is a driveway and block paving specialist serving Brighton and the surrounding area, and the accounts left by customers describe a mixed experience. On the positive side, the finished work is described as impressive and transformative, with one reviewer noting how a tired, dated driveway was turned into something fresh and modern that changed the look of the whole house. Reviews regularly refer to the helpful and transparent approach taken from the outset, the professional and friendly manner in which the work was handled, and a fair price that compared well against other quotations received.

Tidiness is also noted, with the team said to be pleasant and clean on site. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the ease of communication during the project, with one customer describing the whole process as stress-free and nothing being too much trouble. The complaints centre on the initial contact stage: one customer reported difficulty getting a response when requesting a quotation, describing the company as unresponsive and lacking interest in providing one. That contrast between the work carried out and the early enquiries recurs in the feedback.
