What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Sussex Resin driveways carries out resin-bound driveway surfacing, with the business listed as a civil engineering company. Among the feedback, one customer praises the presentation of the finished drive and the standard of workmanship, and would recommend the firm.
A separate account reports work that was carried out poorly and not subsequently corrected, and questions the value of the guarantee, also raising a claim about how an older customer was treated. No installation method or named member of staff features in either account. The positive note centres on the finished appearance of the resin surface, while the critical one concerns what happened once the job was complete.
