Pine's Resin

Pine's Resin is a resin bound supplier and installer based in London. The company covers London and surrounding areas. It developed its own resin and trades only in UVR resin. Its clients range from homeowners to driveway installers and developers.

Pine's Resin provides driveway installation and UVR resin. The company recommends a permeable concrete subbase for resin installation. It states resin installation requires a temperature between 5°C and 20°C, and that the resin takes at least 4-5 hours to dry.

Professionalism and punctuality emerge as the qualities mentioned most often by those who have commissioned Pine's Resin, a resin-bound surfacing specialist working across London and the surrounding districts. A recurring theme is the conduct of Milad and his crew, described as polite, respectful of private property and knowledgeable about the products they install. Domestic homeowners frequently remark that work began and finished when promised, that the site was left tidy each day and that the completed surface drew compliments from neighbours.

Larger projects feature too: high-specification resin driveways for premium residential developments, basement contractors collaborating on complex schemes, and a shared drive of roughly 120 square metres resurfaced alongside neighbouring properties, all delivered within the agreed timeframe and to a standard clients describe as excellent. Advice on choosing the right finish before installation is repeatedly singled out, as is the care taken to explain aftercare once the job is complete. Several reviewers note that the finished resin looks modern and neatly laid, and that problems raised afterwards were resolved without friction, while the value delivered relative to the quoted sum is a point that comes up often in feedback about the team.
