Meads Resurfacing works in tarmac and asphalt surfacing, covering pothole repairs in Kent and London. Its single recorded account describes a job that did not match the quotation the customer had accepted. That customer reports the finished work departed from the agreed specification and that, when the discrepancy was raised a day later, the owner responded aggressively, saying the surfacing would be removed unless payment followed immediately.

The same account states the customer would not engage the contractor again. The dispute described centres on the gap between the quoted scope and the completed work, and on how that disagreement was handled once contact was made after the job.
