From the initial inspection through to completion, the team was professional, punctual, and transparent about the work required. Richard (the Owner) had explained everything clearly, kept the site tidy, and completed the job to a high standard. The repointing looks excellent and the roof work has given us real peace of mind. What stood out most was their communication and attention to detail — no pressure, no cutting corners, and they made sure everything was finished properly before leaving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing or brickwork services.
Great experience with Manchester Paving & Roofing. Richard and his crew were hardworking and paid great attention to detail during our reroofing project. Everything was finished on time and they left the site clean. We are very happy with the work. 5 stars!

Excellent service! My house had long-term mould and damp issues, but after the new roof was installed the difference is unbelievable — the home is now fresh, warm, and completely transformed. The roofer’s work was professional, reliable, and truly made a big improvement to our living conditions. Highly recommended!
Well what can say, we are absolutely over the moon with our new driveway. When we met Richard he came across of one of the most easy going,layed back gentleman and gave us a break down on how the job would commence and we were very happy with the price of the job.also I must mention the team he has working for him were outstanding, experienced team.i would absolutely recommend this company because of the outstanding finish, and cleaned everywhere when the job was finished. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Both Richard (the boss) and his team clearly take pride in delivering a top quality finish. From initial inspection and quoting of the job through to completion, I was kept informed and felt the pricing was transparent and honest. These guys went above and beyond and a genuine pleasure to have on site. I am delighted with the work that has been done, and will be keeping them in mind for future similar jobs.
We would 100% recommend Manchester Paving and Roofing. Richard was really knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He knew exactly what to do for our old Victorian terrace roof. His prices were more than fair, plus he and the guys who worked on our roof were efficient and so hardworking. Cannot recommend them enough :)
