Excel Contractors earns consistent praise from customers who have commissioned block paving and associated groundworks, with accounts repeatedly highlighting speedy, professional delivery. Reviewers commonly describe the entire process as efficient, noting that the team worked steadily and completed the driveway to a high standard. The finish of the paving is a recurring theme, with surfaces described as neatly laid and looking robust, clean and precisely as intended. Tidiness during the job also features regularly, including one account of the site being kept clear throughout.

Beyond paving, the team replaced fence posts, showing the wider groundwork customers trust them with. Clear communication and a professional manner are singled out, while the workforce is called friendly and industrious. A paving company that brought Excel Contractors in as a subcontractor for larger schemes across Leeds and York expressed admiration for the pace and care shown on site. Repeat customers say they would return for future work, reflecting satisfaction with both the driveway itself and how the project was handled.
