Clearstone Paving Ltd

Clearstone Paving Ltd is a resin bound paving specialist based in West Sussex. The company was founded and is run by Spencer Kennard and the team. Established in 2008, Clearstone has been designing and installing resin bound driveways and surfaces for over 15 years.

It has completed over 3,600 projects and laid more than 200,000m² of resin bound surface. Clearstone offers a five-year guarantee on installations. It serves homes and commercial clients across Sussex, Surrey and London. Its main services are resin bound driveways, patios, garden paths and pool surrounds.

Around Hassocks and the wider Brighton area, Clearstone Paving Ltd has built its standing on resin bound and resin bonded surfacing, with landscaper and asphalt contractor work evident across the feedback. A number of customers describe the team as professional, friendly and tidy, noting that sites are prepared carefully and left clean once the resin has been laid. Repeat business is a recurring theme, with one household returning for a second project and another family engaging the company on multiple occasions. Several accounts note clear quotations and work finished according to the agreed schedule, even when weather conditions shifted.

The quality of the finish draws consistent praise, whether the resin is applied across a driveway, front and side areas, or a garden patio; one customer highlights grey metro colouring, while another remarks on the transformation of porches, entrances and outside seating zones. Josh is named specifically, and his team is described as hard working and approachable. A detail many reviews return to is how minor installation issues were resolved without fuss, including a small defect that only emerged in evening sunlight and was promptly put right. Craftsmanship across driveways and patios remains the strongest thread.
