Householders in Stoke-on-Trent have called on this asphalt contractor for work ranging from garden and front-of-house surfacing to patio and path laying, and for the repair of an unadopted road. The recurring praise centres on the standard of the finished result, with several customers describing the workmanship as excellent and expressing delight at how the completed surfaces turned out. The same accounts highlight a strong work ethic, noting hard-working teams who delivered high-quality results, and the pricing is repeatedly described as fair for the standard achieved, with one customer calling it a great price.

Friendliness of the people on site also comes up, and the service is portrayed as brilliant from start to finish. Against that, a number of reviewers report a very different experience, describing promises that were not kept and work that was left incomplete, with repeated chasing required before anyone returned. One account describes materials being unsuitable for the intended planting area, leaving rubble and concrete beneath the surface, while another road user complained about the driving of a company vehicle. Both the quality of completed surfacing and the reliability of follow-through therefore feature prominently in what customers describe.
