Terra Firma Surfacing Contractors Ltd

Homeowners and commercial clients seeking surfacing and groundworks in the Sunderland area are offered a genuinely mixed picture of Terra Firma Surfacing Contractors Ltd. Two accounts describe asphalt and civil engineering work completed to a standard that surpassed what had been expected, with the finish and the pricing both singled out as satisfactory and the job handled without fuss. Professionalism during the work is a point that comes up often.

Set against this, a strongly worded account of a decking project raises serious concerns: the boards are said to have been laid without a secure frame beneath them, and the written guarantee that had been promised is reported as never arriving. That complaint concerns the groundworks side of the operation rather than the asphalt surfacing itself, and the business also appears in its listing as a provider of plant and machinery hire. The positive reports relate chiefly to tarmac and asphalt work, where the standard of the finished surface and the fairness of the price are the themes most frequently raised, while the decking account remains part of the wider record.
