Scotia paving

Scotia Paving is a paving contractor based in Aberdeen with over 20 years of experience in the trade. The proprietor is W Williamson. The company covers Aberdeen and a 60 mile radius. Services include driveways, patios, tarmac, block paving, turfing, resin bound, artificial grass, and Indian sandstone. Scotia Paving provides a complete service with site preparation if necessary, and uses staff with years of experience.

Driveways and paving projects around Aberdeen form the backbone of Scotia Paving's work, and the feedback left by customers centres on the way those jobs are carried out. Willie is named directly for the professional manner in which work is managed, with similar praise directed at the wider crew. Punctual starts and quick progress feature strongly, with teams arriving when expected and on one occasion completing a full gravel replacement before ten in the morning. Sites are left tidy, old material being loaded and removed and surfaces swept once the work is finished.

The standard of finish is described as surpassing what customers had in mind, whether the project involved a new driveway, a reset garden path, a patio or rebuilding a vandalised perimeter wall to a better design than the original. Quotations provided after measuring are regarded as fair, and more than one account notes the final bill matching the agreed figure. Communication before and after the job earns praise, including a readiness to come back and remedy any problem without fuss. Patios, driveways and gravel surfaces appear as the recurring types of project, and the same recommendation is passed on to relatives.
