I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with the work undertaken by Pattern Drives and Walls............, but I'll try! After filling in the initial on-line request, I was contacted by Jason who arranged for a colleague to call to inspect the site, the very same day. I was unsure as to what work I actually wanted done. My garden or my drives. Jake talked me through what the job would entail and gave me a quote for the garden, which I was happy with, so I agreed to add my one drive as well. Then I changed my mind (as one does) and added my second double drive! The next day, Jason himself called to see me to show me the types of pattern, colours and finish available. My choices made, I was told the work would be carried out within six weeks. True to his word, work started in week five and despite atrocious weather, Jake, Lee and Charlie dug out my back and front gardens and both the drives. They were here on time every day and worked until the job was complete. One day working eleven hours straight. Once their job was complete, here comes Jacop. He cleaned the site, the road and the pavements. Then the following day, it was time for the fancy details. Jacop doesn't say much, he just puts his head down and works, works, works. Such attention to detail is a sight to see. (You're welcome to come look)!!! I am so glad I decided to renew everything and my back garden looks twice the size than it was before. The front, with the two separate drives are to die for. I opted for a compass pattern on the frontage and a floral design out the back garden. Jacop worked his magic. I have to also say that the boys were some of the most helpful I've ever had to do work in my home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had just come out of hospital and was unable to drive and Jake even offered to go to the shop for me. They were pure joy to have here. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I have no hesitation in recommending the Company to anyone and have even had people stop outside and ask to come and have a good look. Pressed concrete is definitely the way to go. No more weeds!!! I love, love, love it all.

I cannot speak highly enough about Pattern Drives. The team were quick, neat & professional. I researched for a very long time about what kind of drive to go for, I drove around Rhiwbina, for a whole year but kept coming back to printed concrete. With all the will in the world, I knew I wouldn’t have time to pick weeds out of block paving and didn’t want to use nasty chemicals. My next door neighbours have a printed concrete cobble effect driveway that has been down for 39yrs, it hasn’t cracked and no weeds. I’m so happy with my slate effect driveway, which has married well with my existing slate path & patio. Great experience from start to finish. Final product brilliant. Delivered against a backdrop of really difficult weather, but the effort from the whole team at Pattern Drive & Walls delivered what was promised. Jason was superb from the initial meeting all the way through to the end. Communication was excellent, and he was always instantly contactable. He was also visible throughout. Absolutely clear to me that his reputation is very important to him, and this was shown by his attention to me, the customer. The team who completed the work were first class. Jake was an extention of Jason. Led the team on site and nothing was too much for him. Again very clear communication throughout the work. Jakup who completed the final elements did a great job. Everyone worked really hard. The knowledge and experience of Jason and his team was plainly evident. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team. Years of experience, where their time in the community, reputation and name is of great value to them. I trusted my house to Jason and his team (not an easy thing to do), and I am so glad I did. No regrets whatsoever.
The lads really helped me out after I got left in the lurch by another builder. They came in, gave me a reasonable price and started very quickly. Was always open about any issues and solved them with ease. Any issues I had personally or with neighbours they helped with also! Driveway has just been sealed and we couldnt be happier with the finish. I cannot thank the lads enough and I would recomend these lot every time.
