About the company
Oltco was originally established in Cornwall as a family business in 2004. Its founder and director is Tom Stringer, who trained at Camborne School of Mines as a mining engineer. John Pearce joined Oltco as Co-Director in 2011. Oltco offers a guarantee of up to 20 years on its surfaces, and its systems are compliant with DDA, SUDS and BS 7976 legislation. Oltco Portsmouth serves Portsmouth, Southsea (top end), Warsash, Portchester and Rowlands Castle.
It designs and installs resin bound driveways, patios, paths, balconies, pool surrounds, garages, wet pour and paving. Its Recycle Bound product uses waste plastic from a plastic recycling point, combining plastic drink bottles, food packaging and straws. Team members are handpicked and trained in the 'Oltco way'. Its resin surfaces are non-slip and easy to maintain.

I was extremely pleased with Inder and his team at Oltco. From the initial visit which Inder carried out, he gave advice, measured the space and was able to provide a quote there and then which was then followed up in writing. I was also pleased with how I was seperatly invoiced for each part of the work that takes place. At all times I was able to get hold of Inder and he always came back quickly. The team done a great job, would definately recommend Oltco. Great quality product, they don't cut corners or take chances with the weather!

From start to finish Inder and the team were professional, friendly and delivered a quality service. Nothing was too much trouble. They incorporated everything I wanted and offered a few suggestions which worked perfectly. We are so pleased with the end result and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Very friendly team that delivered a fabulous resin coated sealed gravel driveway that also had eco credentials by including shredded plastic straws. Great finish that should last 25 years. Not only that but a custom brick herringbone step too!
