Householders replacing worn surfaces and laying new driveways around Norwich have left consistent praise for Norfolk Asphalt Surfacing. Various customers describe the team as professional, punctual and thorough from the first visit to the finished surface, with communication kept clear before and during the work. A theme running through the feedback is the standard of the completed result: old concrete and tarmac are broken out and replaced with new tarmac or a concrete pad, and reviewers report that the finished driveway matched what had been agreed, with additional work such as filling a pond and turfing carried out as requested.

Shaun is named repeatedly, along with Charlie, Harry, Liam and Charlie Jr, for their hard work in difficult ground conditions and for treating the site with care. Reviews regularly refer to that the crew left the area clean and tidy and that the price quoted was competitive. Alongside paving and road construction, the firm handles surfacing jobs quickly, sometimes completing a driveway within a day or two, and the same friendly, professional approach is noted across domestic projects in the area.
