I found the m to be very professional, always on time and left everything exactly as required. The quality of the work carried out by Kola is exceptional and I would highly recommend them.
I approached this company after seeing them exhibit at a trade fair, where they were offering an enticing 20% discount on the cost of work as part of their promotional campaign. When I later received the quotation, I queried the price as I had clear proof of the discount. After speaking with two members of their team, it became abundantly clear they were unwilling to honour the very offer they had used to attract new customers. This experience felt disingenuous and unprofessional. It gives the impression that such “discounts” are merely a tactic to generate interest rather than a genuine offer. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere and would strongly advise prospective customers to ensure any promotional promises are confirmed in writing before proceeding.
Staff are so wonderful they provide a free consultation and make loads of recommendations. Super accommodating and lovely people. Their work is amazing and of a high standard I will definitely be calling back to get more done over summer time! Thank you guys for the amazing resin bound driveway it looks so clean!
