Repeat business runs through the feedback for Edenvale paving, with several customers returning for a second or third project and finding the same standards each time. The Sunderland firm, listed as a fence contractor and landscaper, is praised for paving that takes in cobbled drives, porcelain patios, Indian sandstone paving with associated drains, garden makeovers and a front garden opened up for extra parking. Reviewers also note new concrete posts fitted along a boundary and railway sleepers used to edge what remained of a lawn.

Nick is named often, and his team is described as punctual, hardworking, friendly and tidy, clearing up as each day ended. One thing mentioned again and again is the standard of the finish, with customers calling the workmanship faultless or excellent and the products of high quality. Clear communication from start to finish and a fair price are mentioned too, alongside a reliability that meant the team arrived when expected. Jobs are described as finished to a consistently strong standard, whether a patio or a larger garden transformation.
