Larry and the team were fantastic. They had to rip out a huge messy front garden and totally renovate to install a block paving drive for us, which is gorgeous. All the guys were polite, helpful and reliable and worked so hard. They also did some work for us in the back garden at the same time and were so helpful and quick, even in the worst weather that we had! Would highly recommend

We absolutely love our driveway, The workers are so hard working they don’t stop they are most importantly very polite such a good team! Everyone walking pass all say how lovely it looks it looked like a complete jungle before now it looks stunning, would definitely recommend using this amazing team

Efficient, hard-working and timely. I was really impressed with Larry and his team when we wanted to expand our driveway. He was proactive, came to view the site when he said he would and gave an accurate quote. He was then able to move some things around to accommodate our job so that it could be done within a week of agreeing on it. They worked hard to get it all done on the same day which was an added bonus keeping the disruption to us and our neighbours at a minimum. Really impressed overall and would use them again/recommend them.

We have just had our driveway done by Down2Earth driveway firstly excellent team always turn up on time put in a full days work every day improve the curb appeal of our house and we could not have ask for a better job did exactly what they said they would and we would have no hesitation in recommending them thank you for a excellent job as promised when quoted certainly value for money

Extremely bad customer service. Call to ask how I go about obtaining the free quote mentioned on their website. The lady on the phone starts asking for my details so her boss can call me back to discuss. Before issuing my details I asked if her boss will need to know measurements or any particular type of information when he calls me back for my free estimate. She tells me her boss will go through that with me. I asked if a simple yes or no of whether measurements are needed to be know for the estimate because I don’t want to waste their time calling me back when I don’t know that information. The lady doesn’t listen and keeps asking for my details. We go around in circles and the lady says she’s “reception” she “doesn’t do the job”. Advising I’m not asking her to “do the job” just what info might be needed for them to give me an estimate because I don’t have measurements etc. she continues to ask me to give her my details and not listen or attempt to try and find out a simple yes or no. Why would I want to waste their time if I don’t have any info to give them. It was really pushy and felt really salesperson like. Determined to get your info just because you called their number. If a simple question cannot be answered or found out, and there’s this level of terrible customer service within a few seconds of the very first interaction, and the pushy sales feeling, it’s a huge red flag! Absolutely terrible customer service. I didn’t give my details and will be using a different company. Shocking, first interaction. Concerning.

From start to finish Larry and his team communicated brilliantly with us throughout this project. They completed within the time frame given and exceptionally clean and tidy. So very pleased with our drive it looked better than we could imagine. Thank you Larry and his great team
