After initial delays for the weather Daryn’s team got to work. Straight away we felt really respected and were asked to check things out on many occasions. One time I asked them to change something and it was absolutely no problem for them. This goes a long way in my book. The stand out thing was when we were out and got a call from Daryn to check if we were happy with the stones he had picked up. They looked like they were a mixture of large and small. We weren’t happy and it was no trouble for Daryn to take them back and change them for a high quality stone that we were all extremely happy about. The quality of work from start to finish was first class. I am well aware of the so called 'experts' out there who talk themselves up about how good they are, but only leave their customers disappointed when it is too late. Before I retired, I managed all aspects of construction work and external landscape works to new schools, new hospitals, and existing home refurbishments, so I know a good team when I see one. We had these guys do a dropped kerb for us in May this year and I must say we are very pleased with the outcome. I found Daryn and his team to be polite, respectful of my property and very professional, I can’t fault them at all and would highly recommend them.

I contacted DJ Moyse and alison for a quote on a drop kerb the price was competitive compared to others in the area and the processes seemed easy so went with them. I got booked in for a date which unfortunately we had to move due to a vehicle in their fleet failing (im a tech in the motor trade and unfortunately we see this quite often) This wasnt ideal for either of us as their insurance was due to end but they decided they didnt want to let me down and extended their insurance for the essex area (that says alot). We rebooked for another date and safe to say when I got home to see the finished article these guys were absolutely worth the wait. The finish is spotless. To top it off even though they didnt do the stone driveway they neatened the stones up against the new edgings they installed so it was the same height. Top class work from Daryn and his team, i would not hesitate to contact them again given the finish 👏🤝
