Brooklands Drives & Patios

Brooklands Drives & Patios Ltd is a family-run business that has been designing and installing driveways and patios for over 25 years. The owner is Darren Price. The company serves the West Midlands, South Staffordshire, and Shropshire areas. It works in both domestic and commercial markets. It holds public liability insurance of £5m. All work is fully guaranteed.

The company offers a 14-day cooling-off period on all quotes and does not require a deposit before starting work. Services include patios and pathways made from Indian sandstone, natural stone or slabs; new driveways made from block paving, tarmac, imprinted concrete, resin or gravel; restoration and cleaning of existing paving; and all aspects of landscaping including fencing and turfing.

Households across Coven and the surrounding parts of Wolverhampton have commissioned block paving and driveway resurfacing from this specialist, and the accounts that follow commonly return to the finish achieved and the conduct of those carrying it out. Darren, named in the feedback, is credited with advising on design and on which pavers suit a property, and with supplying a quote soon after an enquiry. Punctual arrival and completion within the timescale given come up frequently, as does the ease of reaching the team with questions while work is under way.

When a drainage issue emerged, the remedy suggested was explained and implemented without the finish date slipping. Tidiness recurs as a theme, with the site cleared as the job progressed and left neat at handover. Reviewers describe the pricing as competitive and fair, and some households extended the brief from a front drive to side and rear paving on that basis. Newly laid block paving and resurfaced drives alike are spoken of as clean, smooth and properly finished, a point that comes up often being the care taken over the final surface.
